Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Vancouver, BC, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.

Severability

Suppose any of these Terms is proven to be unenforceable or void under any applicable law. In that case, such shall not render the entirety of these Terms unenforceable or invalid. As a result, any such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. The provisions of these Terms that are unlawful, void, or unenforceable are deemed severable from these Terms and do not affect any remaining provisions' validity and enforceability. If the Court finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the exclusive right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any given time by posting the updated version here and revising the date last updated at the top of these Terms. Notification of a material change to these Terms will be promptly posted on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
